Quick and Easy Question: Map Names!

I've just got back to modding after about a year, and it seems as though I forgot the names of the maps!
SO:
Dune= ? (Relic maybe?)
Deltatap= ?
Triplicate= ?
Derelict= ?
Highplains2= ?

Also, where can I find SPPF? (The APP) I searched and I can't seem to find the link!

Dune = Relic
Deltatap = Sancuary
Triplicate = Terminal
Derelict = Desolation
Highplains2 = Tombstone

Let me correct myself.
Everytime I try to open SPPF, it says "The application failed to initialize properly. (0xc0000135) Click on OK to terminate the application."

You need .net framework 1.1 and 2.0. Get it for free at microsoft.com
