Secondary bitmap

Im having a problem determining what the secondary bitmap is for certain bitmaps. Is it the detail maps all the time?

lol; I assumed that from looking at the shader; I even used it in Wake Island for costum paths... still need DeToX's help with something I was planning though >_<
