HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I need to know how exactly one is supposed to go about moving wheels, like in this below.

Whenever I try and move them in the mode tag nothing visibly moves but the physics of the hog change. Does anybody know how to do this?

you must be moving the markers, you have to move the bones
