rebuilding tombstone and derelict in another map

is it kosher to rebuild the 2 new maps bsp's into another map and distribute a patch? just wondering if this is legal in any way shape or form...

So long as it's a patch. There is nothing wrong with that.

Edit* What would you be doing this for. Now that I think more about your question, I wouldn't suggest it.

yeah i thought i clicked on the h2 discussion section. i was thinking about adding weather and what not but to do that i have to rebuild it. when i rebuild it and make a patch i'd essentially be distributing the map for free after i release because the patch would contain all of tombstone and people that dont have the map could be downloading it free of charge. it just doesnt sound right but i see no other way to add water/rain.

sweet deal, i still would like to know the answer to this though. i didnt even know about the weather tool.
