Well, i have a ton of free time and have been deeply considering getting into modding lately, i undoubtedly have all of the tools necessary to do so, with only one problem, i don't know where to start. I've done some "Fun Mods" and some basic stuff, but i really don't know what its like or where to begin on developing a download worthy mod. That is why i've been a member for about forever, and never posted any mods... THEY SUCK! lol. So i was wondering if anyone had a project or an idea for a mod, that they needed help with. I have 4 hours a day to commit to said mod, and ALL if not more, than the necessary hardware and software to create a great mod. So please, if you need any help, or would like to give some, post or PM me about it, I'd love to get started...

Well, I don't know about the rest of the people on here, but I think the offer is appreciated, the problem is getting someone else caught up. People here who are working on a serious project don't have the time to teach you all the many, many things you need to learn before you could really contribute. Part of learning is trying it yourself! Check out some of the tutorials and just mess around until you get comfortable with some of the more advanced parts, that way people will be asking YOU for work!
