A few questions to ask...

1. for one, how do i get the grunt to hold the jackal shield in mp? i got the fp mode and jmads for both chunks of mastercheif and dervish(elite) and i have made the string id's and the one enum 16 types for it to the plasma pistol ones, but i still can't pick it up! soooo messed up man!


2. here is an image, how the heck do i get a grunt sign instead of that other one? on the flag!

3. how do i get grunts to get proper melee animations, like pressing B, while being him? like in Paraiso



4. how do i get this into a game WITH fp models?

5. i am desperately trying, but how do i get another weapon instead of the rocket launcher to shoot the rockets that are the lock-on type, not the straight shooting type.


6. how could i possible get the gernades on MP to act like gernades on SP, because on SinglePlayer, the gernades can explode while they are on the ground, but MultiPlayer won't do that.


7. WHY CAN'T I CLONE CHUNKS, well, i can, and this error comes up, but then the xbox freezes on black screen




8. how do i rename tags when they are in the sort by path form, like paraiso. i want to mark my mod, so no one can steal it. PLEASE pm me for this, i dont want anyone to change it to themselves, stealing my stuff

what do you mean they are the same thing? OK, YOU go ahead and chnage a proj to a rocket, does it go straight, or randomly everywhere? yeah....

The rockets are no different, it's the way the gun is firing it. When locked on, the gun fires them with homing enabled.

well, what im trying to figure out is how to get a smg, NOT TO LOCK ON TO, but to just plain shoot out random-going rockets, the lock-on type. how do i do that?

so mainly, how do i NORMALLY shoot out rockets with homing enabled, but it isn't homed on to anything?

yes it is, if you put teh rockets proj meta over the frag's meta in dothalo and save, encrypt, and ftp, and play, it works!


can ANYONE get their grunt to hold a jackal shield?!?!?!?

the rocket flipping crazy like that is caused by the throwing action, how many grenades do you see that move in a straight line

1. Try to replace a weaps hlmt with the jackal shield and null the projectial.Dunnoif that will worrk though.

2.Olny one idea theres a few floats in the first unknown reflex in the clwd tag that might be colors. Screw around with those to see your results.

3.Something to do with Imads if you are using grunt, replace the elite_mp hlmt. that might do it.

4.Export it into 3ds max, scale it and shrink the uvw maps and inject into a weapon model.Might work.I dunno.

5.No idea

6.Compare the values in each tag and change them according them to the Single player one.

7. Get new plugins, fresh maps and a clean entity.

1. nope, even swapped EVERYTHING and nulled everything that was supposed to be, didnt work


2. havnt tried that out, ill do that now


3. i took out the elite in it, it works! thanks
EDIT: oh, well, i geuss i accidentily figured it out while u meant something else...thanks anyways :P
