Are there apps out there that can re-arrange the in game HUD like granade positioning,shield bar,radar etc.......

i cant seem to find a tutorial on it anywhere

Nope you have to use somthing like entity and mess with the values to find new positions...Takes alot of trial and error but youll get it eventually
