What exactly is memesis. It said something about live, so does it allow you to play modded content online for free?

No. It's not for use with XBL. It's for lans, splitscreen, and online lans. It allows a modified xbox to connect to a server and download already prepared content. It automatically unpacks and installs content as DLC.

this is mimesis it basically modded maps in the form of DLC i highly reccomend it
