HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Does anyone know how to keep people from delaying the countdown...?... im sure you would probably have to mod like the mainmenu.map or some other map... When i host on kai xlink "publicly" i will get these people that just anoy people and delay the countdown... is there a mod to stop people from delaying the countdown? also is there a way to integrate xbox live features, like booting a user? .. right into the system link option rather then trying to figure out which kia account belongs to who?

so what i want is: delay countdown feature deleted and be able boot user from system link game pre-lobby...

I know if i host private, i can boot them from the arena... i just want to know if theres a way to just boot them out of the game (before the game starts...) like on xbox live...

simple answer - no

complicated answer - you could stop yourself from delaying the countdown but that wouldnt effect people who joined your game, as for booting might be possible but its yet to be done, turk might be able to help since he added options to the quick options menu
