HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Okay well, i did some research and for the BSP Water Tool by -DeToX- and the tut on Adding water... My problem is that it says to do the thing with the decal placement and decal palette, but when i look for it, i cannot find it! Can someone help?

Only some BSPs need the decal pallet.
Basically, if there is no decal pallet, then don't worry about it.

Death zones may also be a source of freezing.

Heres a list:
Scenery
Decal
Obstacle
Death Zone
Decorators
Machines
Controls

And Maybe Sky.
Thats all I can think of off the top of my head.
