You'll have to search for it. Files used in debugging are illegal to distribute. So anymore talk of this will get the topic locked anyways. It's not as hard as you would think to find them. Just need to know where to search.

nvm i found it now i just cant get it to connect it keeps on saying call error or something like that

Holy shnickees!!! are you saying that by connecting in Entity you could mod a map and not have to ftp for it to work!!!

Well technically, you are still transfer files via ethernet. The debug BIOS allows more than one process at once, which allows developers to make real time changes. With the XDK(which is also illegal to distribute, do not ask about it anywhere) you can also take screenshots, browse the disk drives' contents, and change files.
