More Pelican Ideas..... for BSP collision....

i just got an extremly strange idea, and i thaught it MIGHT have the chance of working.....

ive been out of modding for a few months and im not sure if this will work and i know its going to sound dumb as hell.....

basically, heres the idea....

find the part in the Warthog that controlls the wheels toucing the ground, (i think its a marker) and somehow copy it over and position it at the bottoms of all the landing gear on the pelican.

if the idea works, it wont have full BSP collision, but it should give the landing gear of the pelican bsp collision....

alltho im not sure if its possible.

i seem to recall we had that idea a long time ago on tlm....it might be possible now with h2g

just killing time man.... got bored, thaught id fix the XB..... still need that dumb yellow cable for the DVD drive..... (i lost it)

but yeah, i just came up with the idea before when doing a tyre rotation on my car.... i was like... "hrmm, i wonder if these would fit on a cessna"

yes.... thats the kind of odd shit that runs thru my head all the time.

It was my idea back then. I never did get it to work, then again i think i looked in the wrong place. Ill be glad to try to help and if this ever works then yay.

iima patch a map later when i find it.... (yes over 1TB o storage, you do tend to loose stuff)

you might have seen the map in TR SV 3... Lockout with all the wood, and the doors?

yeah.... i have tried many many many times to get the pelican in there Insolence refuses to load the map, and i tried to copy it over with Entity, so i did the whole extract thing with sounds and Recursive .... (i think, its been a while since i was in the app) and when it was all imported into the map something went wrong, none of the numbers in any fields came across, and if you tried to change them manually, app crash.
