noticed in every BSP mod

iv have noticed in every BSP mod that if you do a sudden movement the bitmaps corrupt for like 0.5 seconds. and they turn all colorfull

couldn't you just run the LOD remover over it? and then I think it would go away. thats what I did on my relic skin when it was black
