Where can i find a gravity lift tag in a map and how do i spawn one?

If your talkin about the air lift thing in headlong and accension, then I think it is a bloc. If you mean the gravity wierd floaty thing from SP then that.... might be a "bloc" or "scen" I'm not sure about that one.
