HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hey, well i was playing XBC in a modding server on zanibar, and the host was moving extremly fast and jumping VERY high!!! I know he was using some program to do this. But I have no idea how he is able to activate on his xbox. If it isn't illegal to talk about this can someone please tell me where to get these? (NOTE: I am smart enough not to go on xbox live with this, the xbox I modded no has XBL accounts on it)

we cant tell u that here cuz its considered a cheating mod. and thats the simplest modding question ever!

i belive we can he said hes not goin on xbl with it already and he says he saw it on a legit modding server on xbc so perfectly fine...open the map in dot halo and go to the bipd tag, then select masterchief or elite then look in tag editor and change it

Ok, I have a FTP setup on my xbox, but the thing is I the killtrocity map pack on my xbox, so do I just drag the mainmenu.map file and the modded map file into the rest of the maps in the killtrocity list? (i know there is a 50 map max) And do I REPLACE the mainmenu.map or do I add a second one?

how is running fast and jumping high cheating?
yes it could make it eaiser to run away but it is a very dumb way of cheating.
i think running around and jumping is fun, it's very hard to fight like that
u can change jump hight in the bipd tag and run speed in the globals(matg) tag

Eh, I wouldn't recommend uploading any mods that have run fast or jump high in them here at halomods.

Anyway, I suppose you could do it in DotHalo, just read some tutorials.

well when i test my mods i make it so i can jump high and run fast... and lol ya it is hard to kill while jumping that high
