account being banned?

A few questions...
1) Will my account be banned if I sign onto live with a modded dash, but not any modded maps?
2) I'm retarded and accidentally clicked "create unmodded backup" when I had my mods on, so now I can't get the old dashboard working, I just get "christmas" lights (red and green flashing lights and error message upon booting). Is there any hope for getting the old dash back? Anywhere that I can download any files to get it back somehow, I know there probably isn't, but hey.
3) When I load Halo it goes really slow and takes over a minute sometime to load the maps, is there a fix for this?
