mip map problems

For my entry in scotties contest, I've skinned the ghost (wow :roll: ).
My problem though, is that when I save the skin WITH generate mip maps checked, it still doesn't work. As in, in entity's meta editor it says the bitm has 0 mip maps. If anyone can direct me to a program that can possibly extract and then transfer mip maps from one dds to another, that would be amazing :shock: .

Can't you just use the LOD remover or whatever it 's called?

Are you injecting the new bitmap in the shared.map?

The problem with the LOD remover is that whenever I run yelo, you cant see the MC. Instead, there is a giant MC standing overhead :? . And I did internalize the bitmap, that should have worked. Should I inject the bitm into my shared.map and then internalize? I'm pretty sure its the mip maps causing the problem :?
