Yelo problems

OK. I followed this tutorial:

and did every step until it told me to go onto my dashboard and stuff.
I go into Xored on my xbox (not in FXP) and select Yelo... Disable AU and check Dev Mode.
Now I push start, and I get a grey screen with a small bit of repeating music from Xored.
What did I do wrong?
