Why is my mod freezing?????????????

Ok some of you may remember me Ive recently started back and have been playing some serious catch up on the mod scene.
Im getting ready to release a mod soon but im having some issues.
Ive modded the map using Entity and done only meta swapping in ADI.
The map is Containment
Ive added 4 more working Machs
Ive added 15 scenery with full collision
Ive added 22 scenery with no collision ie teleporter bases etc
I have added 8 projectiles
Of thoses i duplicated 5 of them
Ive added new sky with active fog
Edited lightmap
All the weapons/vehicles are modded
Loads of Effect meta
Map size is currently 65.7 meg and yes i have used the map size limit increaser.
And not one single hole/broken ident
The map plays fine in splitscreen no problems
In systemlink it starts to freeze in random places when doing random things.
I know certain things kill system link but i have been carefull to avoid them and it does work in system link but only for a short time
so again why is my map freezing randomly.
Please any help would be a god send i need to release this map to be able to move on to my next mod

too much stuff in one place will freeze things up. that goes for any game.

This happened to me a while back. Again I am one of the big finders of the twilight zone happenings in halo. In system link I had a walking scarab for everyone to see and it shot scarab beams, Well I decided to use a visable weapons as non moders were getting mad that they could not see the beam they were running from. So I went ahead and placed the sentinel beam over the inviable ghost I had with pp property's / scarab model / and relinked the sentinel property's. I tried my mod in split screen it worked great I had a gliding viable scarab with a perfect working scarab beam. I entered system link alone, and with people and both times it froze randomly. I could purposely freeze it when shooting the scarab more precisely. Its just one of those things I think the game cant handle when you do a too good of a job on one of your maps. To be honest it could be a xbe or ram issue. I have no clue but it certanly wasn't my fault cause i tried it in splitscreen and it worked. Also remember the maskless chief that worked ONLY under evox? Weird right? Thats another weird anomaly I think its unavoidable. I had to go back and find a whole new method. Try removing some of your major stuff like hlmt swaps / model swaps ect. ect.
