Broken ident

Broken idents have really pissed me off. They are far from random and are the reasons to the haulting to most of my mods. I'm tring to clone a chunk and everytime i do at this point in my mod i get like 12 broken idents. In lamons terms "here's your broken mod served to you on a silver platter enjoy sucker" How can I keep this from happening?

Most of the time I ignore them and the map still works... I'm not really sure if they can be avoided, they even pop up on fresh maps for me.

Alot of the time the broken idents are due to your plugins try changing the set you have and use the uberanalyze tool to check for holes/broken idents as well.
Ive had mods with hundreds that have worked fine and maps with none (see me new post) that are crashing.
its the nature of the beast i guess

Well heres a quick question. Idents are dependincies correct? Well if a ident is broken doesnt that mean that if I had a jpt masterchief boarding action broken idnt that i would freeze everytime i boarded someone? I need a solution or a way around this. Ive tried every version of entity I could find and it all does the same.
