modded xbox, now what?

I modded my xbox with the xecuter2 modchip. now i want to add halo maps to my xbox. should i just follow the tutorial after the part about getting it softmodded or do i have to do something totally different?

ok i have an xecuter2 modchip and an avalaunch dashboard. when i try to connect the ftp it never can connect. is there anything i might be missing?
