Why has nobody done this yet?!

The other day I was reading about H3 and thought
why hasn't anybody done this yet,someone should make a mongoose
so this is a mod request,I don't mod or I would have made this.

we don't know what a mongoose is like, we would just be guessing the physics and stuff

It was locked because Bungie owns all the rights to the mongoose and it would be illegal to release it without their consent.

I thought that modeling after it was like stealing their idea. Patent infringement, right? Oh I don't know about legal stuff anyways, who am I kidding?

The copyright laws are VERY shaky.
No one truly understands copyright laws, not ever the people who put them in effect.

Actually everyone the mongoose that was ingame was the one that didn't make it to the final cut of Halo 2.
I believe he is talking about the Halo 3 one. And I am sure someone is working on their own.
