bipd help

When i save a bipd from single player then build it into a map using entity, then try to shoot it out of a gun my game freezes, why?

most likely the sounds from the bipd, for example the sounds from the footsteps, or the sounds from their animations. when you transfer a bipd over you have to null the sounds out if you use insolence. I think it might be the same for entity.

for some reason they freeze the game up because they dont transfer properly?

But normally when i use entity for saving and building the sounds work fine, or is it differnt for bipds?

im not sure, ive never used entity for injecting sounds...

I had the same problem too with sounds sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but just null out their combat sounds or swap them with an elite or masterchief can work as well.

Also, you can't shoot bipds out of the SMG. It never works for me anyways.

of course you can, although sometimes too many spawn, and freeze the game.
