HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have all my information to start small modding. NOT cheating on Live. Modding for fun. The website which shows me to FTP uses a program called avalaunch. I need to know what chip has that softwear. I think it the executer chip but i need to know please. But also how to FTP my halo files. The tutorial tells me everything but that. That's all i need.

You need to go to www.xbox-scene.com and talk to them there on installing it.

The site does't work on my computer . That's why im asking here as my only halo forums. I need to know do i need a chip to FTP or if i do a reccomendation. That's all i need.
