Halo 2 Modding Questions...

I am a modder who mods for other players' benefits... i mod for fun only i do not mod in matchmaking. i just had some questions reguarding modding... i want to know is it possible to mod the colers of projectiles so that others can see them, is it possible to make a rocket lock on to a character like it does a vehicle, and can someone forward me to a tutorial on how to make the race track on containment... i'm fairly new to forums so if you could post the locations to the tutorials and / or programs needed i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks a million.

it could have done what happend to me here once.... i clicked the submit button, the page timed out, so i hit back, and then submit, again, and it didnt time out, but there was then 2 posts in the forum list.

i blame it on the server.
