i just use Dothalo and follow these instructions.
Go to Bipd
select the one you want to change.
Unclick Every Thing Under Flying And click Flying 2
then type in the following Values
45 = 0.1745329
1 = 0.1
5 = 0.3
45 = 0.5
4 = 4
3.5 = 4
90 = 6
90 = 7.5
45 = 9.424778
90 = 471.2389
1 = 0.7
-----------
Makes a great cameradude for filming.

its actually what i have used in my videos since Totally Random Act 5 "In Soviet Russia" basically, i only do it to the Elete so the spartans are unaffected, and still animate correctly. works really well when your filming Flying vehicles such as the Raptor, and also getting camera angles that are hard to get too...
all tho people have told me to use the trainer... after i managed to get it to work, i realised that it wasn't worth it, and i went straight back to the tried and tested Flying Elete / No HUD game type combo. and it works very well and doesnt screw with the FOV.
