1. How do i make a vehicle fly? (not banshee) and what program?
2.What program do i need to swap skins? (make MC into hunter type dealy).
3. How do i make it so i can drive a pelican?
4. how do i stick AI into a map?
5. In halo 1 pc, when i try to change a skin, it says something like that the file has to be a certain type like a ddx or dds or whatever its called. (how can i make it so it wont matter, it just imports the skin anyway).

any program with a meta editor ie dothalo, entity, insolence. but you can only make the hog fly the rest fuck up just tick the box named "flying"

2.What program do i need to swap skins? (make MC into hunter type dealy).
a skin is just the colors etc if you want a hunter you'll have to bring it over from a sp map and change some stuff to make it usable

you dont "stick AI into a map" and i doubt you would be able to do the simplest AI
