im need to change the flag of some weapon, im want the rocket is like a covenant weapon, in that mode if set weapons on map "only covenant weapons" i will use roket launcher

try cloning a covenant ITMC, the swapping for your rocket then placing where rocket would be.

yes that will be one solution, but if im not wrong somewhere in some app there is an option to set covenant or human weap

Try the TRP site's incomplete IFP for the weap tag, it might be in there.
