Plasma Rifle Effect Help

How do i change it so instead of that little blue splat when you shoot a plasma rifle at the ground it would make a spot of human blood? What do i change?

You have to swap the dependecy's of the plasma bolt. You have to swap the effe's with impact in them with the effe blood_aoe_human_masterchief.
