I hate to turn this into a spoonfeeding but when I open it up in ADI2 it doesn't give any options in the ligh tag to change it from blue. It just has RED GREEN BLUE all set to 0. But if it was the color of the grenade it should be like 2 or something for blue right? I am going to change on to 5 and see what happwns.

OK Yea your suggestion doesn't work. Here's a screenshot from ADI2:

When it loads the grenades are still blue. And yes, I cleared the cache.

So I was thinking that it could an effe or something?

try using entity or insolence, and I think the values are only 0 to 1.

I dont think changing those numbers will work because when i changed MCs flashlight so it was green, the flashlight's light was still the same color, only the shine from it on the ground turned green.

Yeah, I believe what you're wanting to edit is the effe. The ligh that it has is likely just the light it casts on surfaces, not the source. It's kind of strange, but they're two different things. You could have MC with a red light attached to his chest that casts green light on the ground, or give a normal light that doesn't cast any light, or no light but still have him cast light.
Got to rambling there a bit. Anyway, I've never been able to figure out how to edit the color of effe's. I've swapped out the prt3's in them and it worked, but the new ones would show up the same color that the old ones were. It's some value that I guess hasn't been found yet.
