Prophets in Sanctuary?

I heard that there is a mod that u can make prophets in sanctuary is that true?
play as prophets...doubt it
why would ya want prophets on a map. I can think of two reason that serve no purpose
1. waste space
2. look at them with zoom and see what their wrinkles look like
its not hard to inject them. Use entity to save the Bipeds then just inject them into the map. Then its as easy as placing them on an ITMC.
