Can't find tutorial links.

When i clicked on detox's effects tutorial post, I couldn't find a link to the actual tutorial anywhere. The same thing happened for the scripting tutorial. Can anyone help?
its a download, download the document then open it up...
This should be in the new users click here forum. It doesn't have to do with modding halo at all.
