Nulling out>?

can some one point me in the direction of a tutorial for nulling out bumpmaps and objects like warthog bumpmap and the turret

just open up dothalo go to the thing you want to null out it's bitmaps, goto dependcies/lone id's then click the bitmap you want to null, at the top drop down box (the one that lists the dependecies) switch it to null and save changes

right, ive got a picture here, can u mark on it, what i do in order cause i dont quite see.

You don't go to the bitm tag and null out the bumpmap (because you can't). What are you trying to do? If you want to null out somethings bumpmap, you would go to the shad tag, and then click on the shader that you want to null out the bumpmap from.

im sry i forgot, and said the bitmap is in the vehi tag , i meant in the shader, open up the shader for what it is, ie.warthog chaingun then null out the bitm in there, thx twinbird for making me remember
