Hey im just wondering 2 things about weather,
1) Could I change the color of the weather, for example make the rain green instead of its normal color,
2) Increase the amount of weather, like make more rain Fall from the sky like a typhoon effect.

1) Yes, you can change the color of the weather, but for that, you would have to reskin the correct bitmap in the bitm tag.
2) No. Well, kinda. You could spawn a bunch of active scenary all over the map like in a mod called Raining Ascention. If you want to do any of this stuff, just ask.
