Why do the flood not have PHMO tags?

Why do the flood not have PHMO tags?

I was recently working with bipeds and found that the flood work pretty much perfectly except that you can't blow them up (i.e. rockets, grenades, etc).

Might this have to do with not having PHMO. I mean the garbage has PHMO, but the flood bipeds themselves don't, and the floodcarrier for sure doesn't have any.

If I am way off then I have two questions:

1. why can I not blowup the flood.
2. why does the flood lack PHMO tags.

Okay, thanks for the fix. I am still curious why the flood don't have PHMO. And why the explosion effect doesn't work MP, but thanks.
