Serentity v3.1

How do i use Serentity patches. I have serentity v3.1. I click on Create. I put the mod on the patch. Original map is put the fresh map on. I put the modified map, even with a fresh map(Sanctuary). I click generate patch. Then microsoft send me this thing about something about serenity. I click dnt send and it closes out Serentity. What am I suppose to do?

Get this and re-download it.
