Adding chunks to the Sky tag.

Here's the deal. I'm trying to add an indoor fog from High Charity. Since it is an indoor fog, there is no sky. So when I replace this sky tag with the one on Warlock (the ascension sky), the fog shows up but I still have the old ascension sky. Is there some way I could add a chunk to a sky so it has a fpch tag?
