HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I finished modding coagulation using insolence, and when I was done I patched it using serenity then used this encryption signature thing, only because I read that your map will say, "failed to load", if you dont use it. But
that is exactly what happened when I put the disc in my xbox and tried to load coagulation it just said failed to load. I wanted to try the map out so when I put halo 2 on the disc I only included mainmenu.map and coagulation.map and all the required .xbe files. I am a total noob as this is the first map i have modded, ever. Thnx in advance.

you dont use the disk when you mod a map, take the disk out, and make sure you have the xbe's and mainmenu.map/single player shared.map/shared.map inside the /maps folder

also you dont need to resign it with a different program, dothalo will resign it fine

oh so I just save the files to my xbox? I dont burn the modded maps to a disc?

noooo you keep the files on your xbox hard drive, however we cannot go into more detail about the xbox or this will be locked (no xbox mod talking) but do as i posted above and you should be good to play only coag no other map unless you transfer the other maps to the hd
