skining problem!

I got a odd problem... i cant skin. when ever what ever program it doesnt work... i am currently just learning to mod and want to skin the ghost and hog so i used Ch2r(the last time) but before that dothalo it says its injected and evrything when i close and go back its a different bitmap.. but after resigning and transfering there is no change... any help would be great!

sorry i fixed the problem

i wasnt aware you had to clear your cache out..(never had to for anything else)
