Weapon Problems.....

ok, i have been working on a droppable bomb for the X-17 Raptor and i have come across a problem, i have it fropping bombs, that explode and are fairly grunty, BUT if they happen to kill somone the game crashs, i have no idea why... this is what i did in insolence
i duplicated these,
Frag Grenade PROJ
Frag Grenade Explosion JPT
Scorpoion cannon WEAP.
in the newly dup'd nade PROJ, i changed its dependancys so the JPT pointed to the new copy, i changed its HLMT so it looks like the assult bomb.
then i changed the Warthog's weapon from Horn to the new copy of the scorp turret.
i then changed the proj's in the scorp turret so that primary fire is the new Grenade / bomb, and the secondary fire is Chaingun Bullet.
then i went into ch2r and changed a few things in the JPT of the new nade to have a bgger explosion thats more powerfull. then i resigned and transferd to the xb.
everything works fine the bomb drops, looks like the Assult bomb, explodes, blows shit up, but if it kills somone the game crash's, no clue why... Any ideas?
