HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

ok...so i have been looking for some good mods or patches for a while...i downloaded the ppf studio or w/e its called and didnt really understand how to use it....i have action replay and i have splinter cell(original version) but i need to know where to get linux or w/e...and were i can get a good mod... im not using the mod for xbox live matchmaking just for custom games and for the hell of it...so if u can help me that would be great.
