Sniper shoots stickes

I thought it would be pretty funny to make the sniper rifle shoot stickes. so i uped the explosion on them (which works) and made it wait longer to detonate (which works) but when i try and shoot it it only falls straight to the ground. what do i need to change? all ive done with it so far is the projtile swap
Any ideas?

increase the projectile speed, i forgot what tag its under but thats all you need to do

Yes you are right, and I belive it is your projectile in the proj. tag.

No, it's the speed in the projectile tag. He wants the plasma grenades to actually fire forward, not just drop down.

You will need to change the initial and final velocities of the plasma grenade under the [proj] tag but this will present another problem, you will throw your grenades fast too, usually they shoot to the ground. To avoid this I suggest using insolence to duplicate the plasma grenade projectile and use the duplicated tag for the sniper. Note that it will only duplicate the projectile tag so if you want to have separate attributes for each you will need to duplicate and relink whatever else you want to change. You mentioned editing the damage so duplicate the plasma explosion [jpt!] as well.

Go into the [proj] tag of the Plasma Nade and change the Initial speed up and the final speed tag right below it up also.

Hmm ive never noticed my grenades being thrown faster when i changed this for one of my mods that had heat seeking plasma grenades however i did notice that when thrown as heat seekers they would fly all around the map and either go up or down it was very funny to watch
