Yeh it would but considering these programs are freeware there p[robably isnt anything u can do about it accept get the site shutdown. Someone shoiuld report this to microsft maybe their lawyers will sue the webmaster of the site.

a few days ago...

watching to see if it gets removed...

and if it doesnt gonna contact the staff of the host..
Microsoft.. or Bungie-considering its owned by Microsoft...

Ok i didnt know where or who to contact so i contacted the sites webmaster and they sent a response saying that they will send it to thier legal department My ass they cant afford one lol I also sent one to Bungies webmaster so maybe we may get some action from the webmaster i also sent an email to xbox customer service b/c i couldnt find a link to contact the xbox sites webmaster hopefully they will do something about it
