ok i know how to work out 1 radian (180d divided pie)

but my question is how do would i work out 80d in radians?

radians->degrees
radians/(180/pi) = degrees

degrees->radians
degrees*(180/pi) = radians

haha whoops, I don't know what I was thinking but I seemed to have switched around the formulas a bit...the correct ones are below...sorry about that ;P

radians->degrees
radians/(pi/180) = degrees

degrees->radians
degrees*(pi/180) = radians

80 degrees would translate to ~1.396 radians

Just thought I'd say that you got it wrong again. One was right both times, but one was wrong as well. It should be:

From Degrees to Radians:
degrees * (pi/180) = radians

From Radians to Degrees:
radians * (180/pi) = degrees

Division is just multiplication of the recipricol...my second post is just as correct as yours.
