Map pack

I have a map pack on my computer can someone tell me how to get it running in my Xbox is even possible I know i new, but it is on a file can i load the file into my Xbox?

I am assuming that it is a .rar file.

What you need to do is get Winrar (find it on google) and once you have winrar installed on your computer you need to right click on the file and click extract to XXXXXXXMappack or whatever it is called. Then it depends on what kind of file formats those files are in for me to go on.
