Putting Fuel Rod Cannon in MP

Ok, i know that this has been addressed before but I cannot find a tut or guide on how to do this. Can someone point me in the right direction or just tell me how here?

From www.teamhlo.com 
1. Open Insolence.
2. Open the SP map that has the Fuel Cannon in it.
3. Open the MP map you want it in.
4. Scroll to the weapon tag in the SP map and click it.
5. Drag it to the MP map window.
6. Wait for it to finish moving.
7. Replace a weapon with it, or add a chunk to the map to have it spawn.
8. Sign map and play
