AI stuff in MP

I was looking around in the glithing section of HIH and came a cross this. http://ducain.org/hihforum/showthread.php?t=1527
No on the second page i saw this:

Question 2. How do you make each clone change their weapon at the same time?

Answer 2: They don't change there weapons, after you re-join the game the clones have no weapons in hand. if you shoot or drop a gun/frag whatever by them, then they will pull out there primary weapon. And they will all do it at the same time even if you have them spaced out in the level.

Isnt this considered some sort of AI in MP, I mean what alows the to pull out their primary weapon??? and how do they know when to do it???

This may be nothing at all, but it seemed interesting to me.

i would say no, AI Is where the bipeds can think for themselfs thats nothing but a lag issue. If They However could play along with you thats a different story

He says that they will pull out thier primary weapon when you shoot near to them how is that lag?

Simple, When You Start A Map All Players Join, When Someone (Host) Quits Then Someone Else Quits, There Is No Host Available To Submit The Player Has Left, So The Player Stays Yet They Are Really Gone, And Even When You Shoot ANY Biped It Will React, The Weapons Thing Is A Little Weird, Prolly Just A Glitch
