Spawn Object That Everyone Can See?

I know that it is possible to spawn objects that everyone can see. I played a mod before that sniper towers spawned up in the air with a turrent on it, and we spawned on them. I have a video of the mod I played. The video URL is
http://x400.putfile.com/videos/c9-3721314593.wmv. My question is, how do I make it so when I spawn objects in different places, everyone can see them? Also, how can I make it so when someone falls down from the air, they die? Thanks.

Are you talking about a death barrier (once you fall past a certain height you automatically die) or actual falling damage (the impact of hitting the ground kills you)?

I mean the impact of hitting the ground kills you. So you are saying if I change it to invicible in the HLMT tag, everyone can see the object I have moved?

no, that wont do anything. You don't really have to do anything to make people see new stuff, they just see it.
