Making Teleporters Visible

I have recently added a teleporter to a map and i was wondering if anybody knows how to make it visible. It's on turf and i have added the portal entrance at the shotguns spawn coordinates and i have the exit on top of the map. i was thinking i could just place the green portal thign at those same coordinates but i have no idea where to start.

u goto add 2 scenery chunks them fix them up in blue guerilla
