darkmatter problem

i started having a problem with my darkmatter.
I am duplicating items with inscolencence and adding chunks to place things on the map. After i do this i cannot open my map in darkmatter for some reason. It says i have a non-negative number error.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

start over....that happens when you improperly add stuff (such as chunks or metas)....
